SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Non-custom/semi-custom orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order, shipping and processing times for custom work varies - please see individual products for these times. Orders will be delivered through USPS and delivery time can be selected at check out.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At this time, I only offer exchanges on non-custom, physical products such as cards, and prints. If you would like to exchange your item, it must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non refundable, and return shipping costs are only covered if the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us by email at email@example.com or through Etsy.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. With hand lettering or drawing, it is common for there to be variations. All sales are final. In the event that a customer is dissatisfied, Linen & Poppi will do their best to meet the customers needs.
Orders with spelling errors or address mistakes that were present on the proofs approved by the client are not the fault of Linen & Poppi. If the client discovers an error, we will pay for 20% of the cost to reprint and the client will be responsible for the remaining costs. If the prints the client receives do not match the approved proof, Linen & Poppi is responsible for all reprinting costs.
Please contact me within 48 hours for a possible cancellation. If you have already received a proof I will refund 75% of your order. Orders cancelled after final production/printing has started will not receive a refund.
